Dr Bina Gandhi Deori, Deputy Director Research, SAARC Cultural Centre, Colombo attended the 77th Independence Day of India at India House, High Commission of India. High Commissioner Gopal Bagley hoisted India’s National Flag and read excerpts of the address by Hon’ble President of India to the nation on the eve of the 77th Independence Day.
