Director Ms Renuka Ekanayake and Deputy Director-Research Dr. Bina Gandhi Deori, SAARC Cultural Centre attended an event on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti 2023, Mahatma Gandhi Oration organized by SLIS (Sri Lanka-India Society) in association with SVCC. High Commissioner H.E Gopal Baglay was the Chief Guest. Keynote speech was delivered by Prof. Don McAvinchey on ‘Relevance of Gandhian Principles in Social & Corporate Life’. Former Speaker Hon. Karu Jayasuriya, Ambassador of Vietnam to Sri Lanka H.E Ho Thi Thanh Chu, DHC Dr. Satyanjal Pandey and various dignitaries and guests attended the event.
