This quarter the SAARC Cultural Centre will celebrate the SAARC Film Day with the screening of a popular film from Bhutan. The SAARC Film Day is organized every quarter by the SAARC Cultural Centre in collaboration with the National Film Corporation. On 21st November 2023 the SAARC Cultural Centre will screen the Bhutanese Film “Wind of Karma” a popular movie in Bhutan directed by Karma Lhatrul Dorji. Honorary Consul for Bhutan Mr. Abbas Esufally will attend the screening as the Chief Guest.
