SAARC Talk Series 2023 for the month of September

SAARC Cultural Centre is presenting the upcoming Fifth Session of the SAARC Talk Series 2023 on Tuesday, 26th September 2023, 15:00pm (Sri Lankan Standard Time).

Dr. Marium Kamal, Assistant Professor, Centre for South Asian Studies, University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan will be delivering a lecture on the topic  “Political philosophy of Arthashastra”.
